Axis and allies is a very good board game. I've been playing since the original and can say this is the easiest one to get into but also has great depth. These games can spur interest into a very important part of our history. It can do this while being very fun to play. To be able to get into Axis and Allies at such a great price is also a bonus. Rating: - Cost Cutting was bad for this version. I was disappointed when I got the game for the map size. I setup 3 sides and , I remember saying to myself this will not work and could lead to friend fights. No! that fighter plane was there! The old version even went so far to have blow up boxes for places that had large number of armies. Long story short, I returned the game and spent a few extra bucks and got the MB version. Rating: - Very Addicting Game This game is extremely fun and I defy anyone to not get hooked on it! Once you work out how exactly to play it with a few friends or relatives, you will be coming back for more and more. Each time you play is a slightly new experience and a different strategy.
